A reliable painted finish depends on the condition beneath it. Surfaces are reviewed for cracks, uneven areas, moisture-related concerns, previous coatings, and the preparation required before primers and finish coats are applied.
LCC coordinates color selection, sheen, coating type, sample approval, edge protection, and the sequence around ceilings, joinery, electrical fittings, flooring, and other completed elements. The aim is an even finish with clean lines and controlled transitions.
The service can include standard interior and exterior coatings as well as selected decorative applications, murals, and faux-finish requirements when these form part of the approved design direction.
