During construction, LCC coordinates civil work, architectural packages, electrical systems, HVAC requirements, finishes, suppliers, and specialist trades around one delivery plan. Progress, interfaces, and changes are reviewed before they affect later activities wherever the project allows.
Close-out is treated as a planned stage. Completed work is reviewed, outstanding items are tracked, and the project is prepared for an orderly handover that reflects the agreed scope and finish requirements.
