05 - Power and lighting, coordinated
Electrical Works
Electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and lighting coordination for homes, commercial buildings, renovations, and interior projects.
Leading Cities Contracting (LCC) coordinates electrical systems with the building layout, interior design, equipment requirements, ceilings, joinery, and the way each space will be used.
Electrical work can include new installation, adjustments, maintenance, and repair for residential and commercial properties. Available information and site conditions are reviewed to define circuits, points, equipment interfaces, controls, and access requirements.
Lighting is considered as both a technical and architectural layer. Fixture positions, switching, concealed light, exterior illumination, and feature lighting are coordinated with ceiling lines, wall details, furniture, landscape, and circulation routes.
Within renovation and fit-out projects, early coordination helps prevent conflicts such as outlets behind fixed cabinetry, lights competing with diffusers, or access points being covered by finishes. Testing and close-out are planned as part of the completed electrical scope.
Tell us about the space, the current stage and what you want the finished project to achieve.
Leading Cities Contracting will help clarify the information and next steps needed for a useful project conversation.
